Aaron’s grandparents arrived in Ventura, CA in the early 1940’s and his family has been rooted in all-that-is Ventura ever since. His mom, Josie Ralstin was a top real estate agent and manager in Ventura County for decades. By growing up with such an influential agent as his mother, Aaron knew that he was destined for this industry.
After high school, Aaron went on to graduate from California State Long Beach with a degree in Business Marketing. While in college, he obtained his real estate license. After college he was recruited to work for RealEstate.com, which is a division of the LendingTree Corporation. During his time at RealEstate.com he worked as a recruiter, trainer, and on-boarding specialist. His procedures and tactics for growing the company were adopted nationwide. Once gaining a solid understanding of how real estate companies are operated, he moved on to residential real estate sales.
In real estate sales, Aaron worked for Keller Williams. He worked his way up to a top 10 agent in the local office. After working for years in the business, Aaron felt that something was missing. He decided if he wanted to become a better Realtor and a more well-rounded sales-associate he needed to learn the lending industry. Aaron acquired a position with one of the top mortgage brokers in San Diego, CA. He started as a marketer, but eventually transitioned to a junior loan officer. While working as a lender he obtained his National Mortgage Lending License and Real Estate Brokers’ License.
After San Diego, Aaron decided to move back to Ventura to be closer to family. When Aaron transitioned back to Ventura, he opened a real estate brokerage, Real Estate Services Unlimited, where he managed a group of experienced agents. He also purchased a franchise, CarePatrol, where he helped families and individuals find assisted living, independent living, memory care, board and care facilities, and in-home care options. After his Mom’s passing, he decided to dissolved the real estate company and end his relationship with CarePatrol. Aaron focused on getting back to the basics of selling houses, helping seniors, and making his clients his number one priority. Currently Aaron is working as a Broker Associate with the Burrows Real Estate Company and he continues to help seniors through his company Lotus Placement Services.

My family and I loved working with Aaron. He is the best in what he does. We had a smooth transaction with him in the Oxnard Shores. He knows the area very well and truly was a professional.
Thank you Aaron!

My buying experience with Aaron was great! After going over my preferences and seeing a couple of places, he was quickly able to identify what options fit my style and budget. Whenever I had questions, he had a quick and informative answer. Ultimately he was able to help me get into my first home and I have been happy with the results. I would have no problem recommending him to anyone looking to buy.

Aaron was great, very knowledgeable about the local area, and gave us good insight. He provided excellent references for the house inspections so that we were comfortable with buying our home. He made this the easiest house purchase we have ever made. Highly recommend!
